After a brief but awe-inspired visit to CO, I moved to Denver for residency. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. For the following seven years, I worked in a community health center, maintaining low-risk OB and teaching skills. It was here that I learned much about the meaning of compassion in medicine. My husband and I recently moved to beautiful Colorado Springs to be closer to our beloved mountains. Besides medicine, my passions are travel and just about anything outdoors. I am excited to be a part of the Mountain View Medical Group and look forward to caring for the full-spectrum of patients from newborns to the elderly. |

I knew from an early age that I wanted to live in and experience "the city". Growing up in NY, I attended college and medical school in the Bronx. I had wonderful experiences at Fordham University which early on helped shaped my interest in medicine and community service. I embraced my education at Albert Einstein College of Medicine where I learned about complex disease processes in busy inner city hospitals. I took a year off to pursue research in Africa and learn Spanish in Ecuador. It was an education I wouldn’t trade for any other.
